Siraj Mukherjee
Former Hotel GM — Founder of a Karaoke Bar with Heart
He walked away from five-star corridors to build something real.
Siraj Mukherjee was a hotel general manager — the kind of career that looks perfect from the outside. He walked away from it to build a karaoke bar. Not a franchise, not a concept, just a room full of people singing their hearts out in a space that felt genuinely different from everything else in the city.
In Episode 19, Siraj talks with VIC about the decision to leave, what he built, and why the most meaningful hospitality experiences are often the smallest ones.
