Do you provide the sound and equipment?
The sound system and DJ console are arranged by the venue or your event's production partner. What DJ VIC does is liaise with the on-ground sound and AV team ahead of the date — spec'ing the console, monitors and PA and making sure it's dialled in for your event and the room — so the audio lands the way it should on the night. That coordination comes with every booking.
What music do you play at corporate events?
Fully tailored to the occasion and the run of day. Through the daytime — awards ceremonies, conferences and sessions — it's function cues and background or lounge sets that hold the room without taking over. Come evening, as the floor opens up, VIC moves into high-energy commercial, Bollywood and regional music — the mix an Indian corporate crowd actually wants to dance to. He reads the room in real time and adjusts accordingly.
Do you work with event management agencies?
Yes — a significant share of corporate bookings come through agencies. DJ VIC is comfortable liaising directly with the production team, following AV schedules, and operating within the show-flow.
Can you travel outside Bangalore for corporate events?
Absolutely. DJ VIC has performed at corporate events across India and in multiple countries. Travel and accommodation requirements are discussed during the booking process.
How far in advance should we book?
4–6 weeks is the recommended minimum. Peak season (October–February) and large-format events can book up to 3 months in advance. The earlier you confirm, the better the chance of securing your preferred date.
Is the DJ + MC package always with MC Dhanush?
