How far in advance should we book?
For peak wedding seasons (October–February and April–May), 6–12 months in advance is recommended. DJ VIC takes a limited number of bookings per month, so popular Saturdays fill up quickly. Reach out as soon as you have a date in mind.
Do you cover both sangeet night and the reception?
Yes — DJ VIC performs at all parts of the wedding celebration: sangeet night, cocktail hour, and reception. Each has a different energy and setlist. Packages covering multiple events are available.
Can we customise the music?
Completely. The setlist is built around your preferences — Bollywood, international, retro, hip-hop, Punjabi, or any mix. DJ VIC works with each couple to understand their story and translates that into the music.
Can you travel for destination weddings?
Yes. DJ VIC has performed at weddings across India and in 18 countries, including Sri Lanka, Australia, and the UK. Travel and logistics are discussed as part of the booking. There is no location that is off the table.
Do you bring your own equipment?
Yes — full professional setup is included. DJ VIC co-ordinates with the venue's sound and AV team before the event to ensure a seamless technical setup. You don't need to arrange separate equipment.
