Richard Mathew
Founder, MyPartyMob
The man behind Bangalore's most epic nights — and the stories you never heard.
Richard Mathew is the founder of MyPartyMob and the invisible hand behind some of Bangalore's most talked-about parties — from wild birthday pool jumps at the Taj to organising events that stretched across the city. He is one of those people who shapes nightlife from behind the scenes, which means most people don't know his name even though they've lived his work.
In Episode 8, Richard joins VIC for one of the most entertaining conversations in The VIC Fix — full of stories from the trenches of event production, the chaos of Bangalore's nightlife scene, and what it actually takes to make a night work.
The VIC Fix is hosted by DJ VIC — an international DJ and producer who performs at weddings, corporate events and festivals across India, staged as a signature audio-visual show.
“The best parties are the ones where nobody knows how close everything came to falling apart.”
