Byg Brewski — The Man Behind the Brand
From luxury hotels to India's biggest brewpub — building brands that Bangalore loves.
Arun Prasanna has quietly shaped how Bangalore eats, drinks, and parties — from his years in luxury hospitality to running Byg Brewski, one of India's biggest and most beloved brewpubs. His is a career built on understanding what makes a space feel special, and then building it at scale.
In Episode 11, VIC sits down with Arun to trace the journey from hotel corridors to one of India's most recognised nightlife and dining destinations — and the strategy behind building something that people genuinely love.
